This Refund & Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which purchases made on this website for Dota 2 coaching services may be refunded, rescheduled, or exchanged. By purchasing any coaching package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Nature of Digital Coaching Services

All coaching services offered through this website are digital services delivered online. Once a session has been conducted or coaching feedback has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be granted under the following limited circumstances:

1. Technical Failure

If a coaching session cannot be conducted due to technical issues on the coach’s side and a replacement session cannot be reasonably scheduled.

2. Service Not Delivered

If a purchased service (session or replay review) has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe.

3. Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally purchases the same package more than once.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Currency Conversion & Processing Fees

If a refund is approved, the refunded amount may be affected by:

– Currency conversion differences

– Payment processor fees

– Bank or payment provider charges

As a result, the final refunded amount received by the client may be lower than the original payment amount. The coach and website operator are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or third-party processing fees applied by payment providers or financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

– The client is dissatisfied with coaching results or gameplay outcomes.

– The client fails to attend a scheduled session.

– The client submits incorrect or incomplete replay footage.

– The client changes their mind after purchasing a service.

– The coaching session has already been conducted.

– Replay feedback or analysis has already been delivered.

Replay / Footage Review Packages

For packages that involve replay or gameplay footage submission:

– Once the replay has been reviewed and feedback delivered, the service is considered fully completed.

– Refunds are not available after feedback has been issued.

Exchanges

Clients may request an exchange of service type (for example switching from a replay review to a coaching session) only if the service has not yet been delivered.

Any price difference must be paid before the service is provided.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
