This Cancellation & Scheduling Policy governs how coaching sessions are booked, rescheduled, or cancelled for services purchased through this website.
Certain coaching packages require scheduled 1-on-1 sessions, while others involve replay or gameplay footage submission. By purchasing any coaching package, you agree to the terms below.
Scheduling 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions
For packages that include live coaching sessions, clients must schedule their session through the booking system provided on the website.
Clients are responsible for:
– Selecting an available time slot
– Providing accurate contact information
– Joining the session on time through the agreed platform (e.g., Discord, Zoom, or other communication tools)
Session confirmations will typically be sent via email or booking confirmation system.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their coaching session provided that:
– The request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, and
– The coach has available alternative time slots.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be declined and treated as a missed session.
Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel a scheduled session if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited. The booking slot will be considered used and cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice:
– The session will be considered completed, and
– The session will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Clients are encouraged to join the session on time or slightly early to avoid missing their appointment.
Late Arrival
If a client arrives late to a session:
– The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
– Additional time will not be added to compensate for late arrival.
Cancellation by Coach
In rare circumstances where the coach must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen events (such as illness, emergencies, or technical failures):
– The client will be offered priority rescheduling, or
– A replacement session will be provided.
Replay / Footage Review Packages
For packages that involve gameplay replay submissions:
– No scheduling is required.
– Clients must submit their replay or footage through the method specified on the website.
